There could be several reasons for canning breakeven Steven and it could have been all of them combined that made it happen.
The list of reasons could go on and on and on ! Safend , scambls , lack of revenues, lack of trustworthiness which means poor reputation someone that can't be counted on, a very important ingredient in the business world, poor communication with shareholders, the appearance of dubious activities going on with family members in the company which also causes a lack of trust , poor management of financial resources etc etc etc . Others can I'm quite sure easily add much more to this list !
I look at the above and I say to myself , this guy should have been canned along time ago ! Or at the very least put in a position where he couldn't hurt the company ! This guy had no business being a CEO after categorizing all his screw ups ! And the worst thing is he never seemed to improve on his failures! I guess being mostly family run he didn't have to, there apparently has been zero accountability in his world until now .
People say look where he put wave but I say look where wave could have been with someone who was competent at his job ! He should have probably never been made CEO but even so at the least he should have been pushed out and made a cto several years ago and put someone else in as either CEO or coo .
I suspect wave has a very bad reputation in the investment world and possibly even in the business world , a lack of trustworthiness , and that's a big hole to dig out of , hopefully Mr. Solms has a sterling reputation and the connections to go along with that to straighten this mess out .
