Yes because that would be accurate due to the news today. They gave 100,000 shares to pay off $100,000 of debt. Therefore it is no longer WHOLLY owned. Secondly they are giving BMSN shareholders shares of Entest as dividends. Looks Like management is moving fast to keep things on the level.
