John Scott did nothing illegal with his post. Pawson would be foolish to try to sue him as his false and misleading press releases would show that he is the one who deceived investors.

The fact that Pawson never reinstated the revoked corporation is ample evidence that he wasn't anticipating going through with the merger. It also appears that he lied about filing for a name and symbol change with FINRA.

Cambertire was never a "division" of CBYI as was falsely claimed in multiple press releases.
