I hope they do track those trades, if it was Roger then whatever, my guess it was John Scott. I don't know who use to trade but I have seen some brokers only allow blocks of 9,999,999 sells or buys. Usually Fidelity or CB. This indicates retail to me and could have been John Scott's friends dumping whatever they had left.
