In terms of safety, lets also not forget that in addition to Vascepa being on the market for almost a year, Epadel has been on the market since 1990 and has even been taken OTC in Japan. Thats a lot of safety data, I think.

Could you see Vascepa OTC with commercials on TV with Halle Berry, Drew Carey in a few years? Patents good till 2030!
