Clearly they are wanting to cover a short position now. That site is run by a bunch of Russian crooks. You want to trust the Russians go ahead.

BTW they did the same thing yesterday around mid-day. It triggered a sell off and allowed some 1's to be picked up by smart traders.

It is possible for people to profit on a declining stock price. Do your DD before acting on a post.
