No one has to answer for One eye but if you follow his posts he's usually spot on....I don't think he's calling this a bust, but listen to what he's saying this is gonna be a rough ride as long as the govt shutdown is on ...Koos is selling shares watering things down ....once we have approval this will move but until then....
