OK try the math..penalty for non delivery or late delivery...300,000$ worth of shares per year? I could be wrong on this..
Since I been holding this more than 3 years....a million in shares penalty?
If this is correct..
The new contract means Phoenix will never get any Engines....just suck shares ten more years...
I could be mistaken...picker, you read the papers. What you know of this?

Also I am ...or was behind this company...but must tell what I know....I don't make anything up
