It's amazing that someone that claims to know what they're talking about can't read simple statements made in the MDA and figure out what's going on. It clearly states they are seeking funding. Now I know why the person I spoke with in IR wasn't that concerned about what was going on in Spain. They have to put all the fires out in Panama first! Will FQM come to the rescue? Time will tell I suppose.
