Why are you not questioning what Pawson's role was here in all of this. he has a history of failed mergers. he played this guy's company as long as he could and made plenty of money off the storyline.

Be thanksful he respected you all enough to post here given many here had been constantly pestering him with emails. he was not a public entity and had never put out a press release. all the press releases were put out by the Pawson crew. it was their responsibility to tell you - they were the ones that pumped it through Accesswire - not Scott.

Should make you wonder - if Scott didn't tell you - when do you think Pawson's would have told you? Dragged it on until he could milk that upcoming conference to sell even more shares?

Pawson's actually did you all the deal was failling - in that PR on the 30th when he was priming you all for another tire deal!

it's typical of a Pawson play - just remember that the next time.
