The person who ran me over with a car, tried to cross a dangerous intersection fighting with me over right of passage ... she was found with low white blood cell levels, and apparently completely unable to respond to traffic ... she just ran the car right over like a thoughtless zombie! And did not know what she had done ... foreign government is strange, not prosecuting her for anything, not revoking her Drivers' license (for life) of anything. Penalty's completely on me, who got run over!
