So this delay (to do more tests in animals) is a VERY GOOD SIGN because it's only required because toxicity did not show up in previous tests.

This is just more spin and confiscation.

You are correct. It is a delay.
Saying this is good news because the previous tox was so low they now need to do these new tests is not true, or more precisely, previous tox results are irrelevant because tox needs to be done using the new optimized flucide. So regardless of the previous toxicity results, these new animal tests would be required.

Also, EVERYTHING after the second paragraph in the release is just fluff. It is certainly true information but has no relevance to tox testing (which was the subject of the announce).

It's just saying, yes, we are delaying the tox required for IND, but if it works, here's what we will do with it and look at the size of the market.

Like saying, I still haven't proven my flying carpet works, but if it does, I will sell billions.

The tox tests announced today will not bring the cides to market any faster. They can't go to market without the IND, they can't get the IND without GLP tox. Not opinion, fact.

I've said it before, and today was proven right: the announcement of tox will not have any impact on the SP, only results will. (When I initially made the claim, I NEVER imagined that they would be announcing a interim tox step).
