Nikodemos, oh really? LOL...

Trademarks? LOL. Do you not understand the difference between a trademark and a patent? The patent is the critical part here. Without a patent, anyone can steal the 'technology.' Who cares if they try to steal the name they gave it? lol. Nice try.

We seem to have a HUGE red flag here!...

I sent Christian an email asking for him to provide me with the link to any patents or patents pending. I received his response this past Wednesday. Here is what he sent back:

"Kirk:

Thank you for your interest in NanoTech Entertainment. The company stated at the shareholders meeting that they would be applying for patents as revenue became available to do so. Below is a link to the iHub NTEK page. There is a video link of the SHM about halfway down.

I hope that helps! Also, I have attached an Investor Presentation for you to see. And when you get a moment, please visit the company’s website: www.nanotechent.com

Best Regards,

Christian Hansen
Managing Director
(858) 381-4677"

My jaw dropped when I read this part: "The company stated at the shareholders meeting that they would be applying for patents as revenue became available to do so"

What the bleepity bleep is he talking about?! FIRST they plan on making revenues, THEN they will apply for a patent? That may be the most bogus and laughable answer I have ever received. I can not believe he put that in writing. LOL. Holy crappola.

That means, with no patent protection, until they actually start making money, anyone could steal that technology right out from underneath them. They have a device that they say is the first of it's kind in the world -- and they haven't even applied for a patent?! Who the bleep is running this company?! I'm serious! Right now, anyone could file a patent pending with the USPO for their technology and be granted patent pending status.

Can you imagine Bill Gates, years ago, coming out with his next new gadget, and telling everyone that as soon as this one-of-a-kind device makes money, THEN we'll file for patent protection. LOL!

Oh, and before those of you who have your entire life savings invested (and some of you do), start screaming bloody murder, as I know you will, consider the source. This comes from the "Managing Director" of NTEK. NOT ME!

And yes, I am a shareholder. I told Chris that. Unfortunately, I failed to check for patents before I bought shares.

A one-of-kind product, and they haven't even applied for a patent? I can just imagine the CEO at the board meeting: "We'll just wait until we start making money, then we'll apply for a patent."

"But sir, in the meantime, anyone could steal our technology right out from underneath us!"

"(Hearty laugh from CEO) Oh, come now. I'm sure the big companies will play nice and not steal our one-of-kind invention! You worry too much!"

Seriously, what's wrong with this picture? According to their own CEO, NTEK is doing everything backwards! Any no one's concerned? Wow!
NOBODY waits for revenues to roll in, THEN applies for a patent! NOBODY! EVER! PERIOD! Complain all you want, but you shareholders need to start asking questions. You need to call the patent office and tell them what Chris told me. Make money first, then apply for a patent. Run it by them.

I'd like to stay around and answer your posts, but I have to get out of here. I really do. I'll probably peek in tomorrow.

Remember, it's your money you've invested. Never ever blindly follow any company. Always ask questions. If something doesn't sound right, follow up on it.
