I hope the deal is not dead (I still have a lot of shares) but IMO it is. I wait for the "formal announcement" from CBYI.

This was the response we just addressed to another inquiry....

We are not sure at this point if Mr. Scott is having a moment (to put it mildly)....as per quote" " below...
There is a executed Definitive agreement signed by Mr. Scott which clarifies the terms required by both parties and in effect until January 2014....It appears according to the quote below by Mr. Scott, His company was not required to bring anything to the agreement, he would just take over and be a Public Company !!!!!" . Furthermore the rescission clause also has specific requirements not mentioned in the post.....The executed agreement also has binding confidentiality which has clearly been violated in prior postings by "Optima Sports" (Cambertire) staff., and now this posting without doub .After an opportunity to review by Cal-Bay Council the company will make a formal announcement on Mr Scotts I-Hub posting, which is not a typical format for Public Announcements...

We agree Confusing all around....That's for sure.. a statement like that .coming from a Company President.....on a message board...

Our deal clearly states that either party can rescind at any time for any reason until finalized."
