I think if the buyer were still in the negotiation process our company would of just said the buyer wants to see the turbines to see which ones are more efficient and kept us up to date like they have all along this whole process. Since our company didn't say this and are keeping quit about the ppa now to me means they are in the signing process. If the deal fell through they wouldn't be bringing in GE right now. So this is a done deal IMO .
