I agree with you fundamentally but your thinking is confined
to a box. Look outside of it for pete sakes. Price can rise
substantially in any stock regardless of the fundamentals and
even if it is running itself into the ground. (at least for the
short run meaning a year or less) All it takes is a ton of buyers
and few sellers. I don't think sfor is running itself into the
ground. I don't like the dilution any more than you do but it is
necessary now. Focus on the positives and the NEW BUYERS getting
into the right industry in a cheap stock with great potential.That
alone is enough to make the stock run significantly. The key is to
buy tons now and control as much of the float as we can before the
stampede. If the company has to dilute they will wait if at all
possible and do so at much higher prices so less shares are issued.
They are not stupid. It it to our advantage to buy and hold long
term ie at least one year.
