Regarding Global Market or Capital Market tiers, you only need to qualify under one of the standard columns, i.e. Equity Standard, Market Value Standard, Net Income Standard, etc.
SIAF currently qualifies under all three standards of the Capital Market tier, and as previously mentioned under 3 of the 4 Global Market standards.
Also, let me mention, when it comes to the minimum PPS. If you are attempting to qualify under the Market Value standard of the Capital Market tier, your closing price will need to be above $2/share for "90-consecutive" trading sessions.
If on the other hand you're attempting to qualify under the Equity or Net Income standards, the $3/sh minimum only needs to be maintained for "5-consecutive" trading sessions. Big difference. Therefore, in the interest of time, I'd strongly recommend getting the PPS above the $3 minimum level.
