I see that Global Market requires a Bid Price of $4 while Capital Market is the only one that allows a Closing Price of only $2 under its column 3. Maybe one of the reasons they chose Capital Market?
Also: what's the difference b/w Market Value of Listed Securities (75m in Column 3) and Market Value of Publicly Held Shares (up to only 20m for all 4 columns) for Global Market? In this category, Capital Market requires Market Value of Listed Securities of only $50 million, which is currently met by SIAF. Is it another reason for them to choose Capital Market?
