Ross Fasick has probably done more to set this up and Sheppard this through than most understand, I’m not sure that at this point he has a lot more to add to the chemistry side and he is certainly not the kind of guy for this to be about him. He is now stepping aside for a Device guy on the board, Perfect Timing!

The new guy looks like a been there, done that, Create a device; bring it market, and Oops someone buys the stinking company for a few measly billion.

Very Nice, One Outside BOD Chemistry Guy Out and one Outside BOD Device Guy In, sounds pretty efficient to me.

I would personally like to Thank Ross, Back in the day He Studied what the Goetz’s had for More Than A Year before he lent his name to it (I didn’t put that together until he joined and I found out who “that guy” that I saw was. Once I found out, (again Back in the day) every time I meet an older Dupont Executive type in my travels (or at a party, gotta Love alcohol for an honest answer) I’d ask them about Ross Fasick, Not A Single One EVER Had a Bad thing to Say about the man, He is a StandUp guy.
