The company would have to keep a good sustained rally for at least a moth to sell the 10 mill that they need to get the bank financing. They will take it as high as they can depending on interest from investors. I think what has been dragging this stock is the up list to OTC they need that first like you said to get the more serious investors in this. The ppa could be done and we just need signature but are waiting for the up list first.
