The uplisting also changes things in a good way too. With this coming together at hopefully the same time as the PPA and promotion this not only creates all the more buzz or frenzy as you said, but it opens the door for more traders.
There are a lot of penny stock traders that won't touch pink sheet stocks, but will dip their toe (their big toe $$$ for the right stock) in the water on OTC QB/QX. Might even grab the attention of some small cap Nasdaq traders.
The potential for this stock is really exciting! Unfortunately, there is that naysayer side of me that says well the promo could flop and I try to look for reasons why, but honestly I have a hard time coming up with any reasons other than what I mentioned before...
And that is if they hire a promoter for a short promo like 1-3 days. This stock really needs a huge 30 day promo to get the attention it deserves and needs to ramp the price up into the double digits and, dare I say, beyond.
It seems that mgmt is pretty squared away, so I'll have to trust that they've put serious consideration into how to handle the PPA news and fund raising.
The suspense is killing me though...
