1.No need, those who need to know already do.
2.See #1 above.
3.Yes, not a waste of money, see #1.
4.No, but great PR is not necessary to improve fundamental value.

Sorry to burst your bubble. The lower the SP the better for those who want to buy. In reality it will not even matter what it was in a few more months. Better for you to take your losses from your poor investment strategy and move on...you are definitely losing here.
