I can see what piqued your interest in NIOBF. However, there are too many variables which could derail management's plans. While testing and the bankable feasibility study are expected to take a year, my experience with junior miners is that they OFTEN take much longer. Further, if the economy tanks or China decides to flood the market with niobium the price of niobium will consequently drop leading NIOBF to put commercialization on hold until prices go back up. I have seen this happen before. In the interim, there will continue to be secondary offerings further diluting existing shareholders. Yes, I see the upside potential but I also see the daunting downside risks. There are too many variables for which NIOBF does not and cannot control. While they have a hard asset in the ground, it is very expensive to extract the same.
