Please present some analysis or evidence why this is put on management. Have you talked with TSX or BCSC? Of course not...you might learn something that would interfere with your agenda. Fundamental improvements always win not fantasy statements about buyouts and controlling stock prices which have nothing to do with the company. Three or four years without a single news contribution or analysis must be some sort of a record. No need to share here now that we know the actual cause of the delay. Do your own DD and make some calls if you really want the answer. Not that hard to get the answer...just a little effort.
