Those would have been cleared long ago. There are some serious disclosure issues perhaps as we have heard rumors for many months about a deal with our neighbor in the works. I imagine that could complicate matters to a great extent and all parties including representing attorneys would have to be in agreement and sign off. I imagine what has happened since the close of the new fiscal year on June 30th and today is what this is all about.

Note that TSX has not taken any action even though the deadline has passed. Their approval could actually be what is holding all this up and the company may not even be part of the problem equation. I am sure we will learn more shortly. Remember the rules.

Keep your eye on the fence as that is where the home-run ball will fly. Don't worry about the negative cheerleaders who are just on the side line and not even participants in the game. They will just have another "missed opportunity bead" to add to their necklaces.
