I'll make a call to my attorney and then Groen later this week. I'll let you know. I'm miffed at the contemptuous fiduciary irresponsibility of Groen officers. File the appropriate SEC documents or bankrupt us. After nine months of no filings I'm at my lawsuit threshold and will grab whatever assets I can get--even spare parts (including hiring Chinese counsel). I understand there have been some health issue with Groen--but that simply is no excuse. Some of us have sat in this stock for so long it has become a running joke amongst brokers. Let's see who get's the last laugh.
