If you have again INSIDER Information’s (what is illegal!!!!) and you are right with 19k ounces this will disappoint the market. this are less than 5k ounces a month. OMG

Actually the question is not whether they can file, but what will be filed. Year end results or and extension. I guess extension would be the most positive news for the company.
If you paid attention and participated you would know the public information. Nothing illegal or inside about it. Just the facts that come when you are involved. When was the last time you were at Molejon? Can you find it on a map? Or Panama for that matter?
What happened to that 750,000 share eminent collapse you screamed about last week?? I didn't see much effect.
Question is do we want an extension or not? 30day, 60day, 90day until after the warrants are expired??? Or are we just routinely filing at the end of the day as we have for the last six or seven years. Those who know, know, and are really not irritated much by those who think they know, but don't know, what we know, because they are nowhere to be found at any venue.
