The one thing that keeps nagging at me in regard to the ORC and NCI opportunities is: TCG compliance in the existing computer base of the Federal Govt.?? Will Wave deliveries be delayed for how long? Am I just a worry wart?

Would someone knowledgeable please comment on this for me.
