and i have been emaling that guy Jeff for the past few days and he has said funding is moving forward, PR will soon be out, also the dumping will ease as well. He said shares were exchanged for $ in return. So this could be the last before the major dumping took place. Jeff holds 476,000,000 shares, that alot of shares. He is not going to hurt himself here.

Why would he have more shares now than before if he knew something will go wrong.
