Of course almost everyone knows...
1. By law all stockholders must be treated equally. There can't be anyone on the planet that still doesn't understand that.
2. Any material change in structure would be voted on. So you will have plenty of time to use all of your influence according to what you actually have invested in the company.
3. Richard Fifer is the largest single stockholder. Much more stock is controlled by friendly Panamanians, directly and indirectly.
4. Corporate management directly holds 17% of the OS. I believe that is up from 12%.
5. 87% by canvass support management. That is the highest number in a long time.
6. All large stockholders without exception support management. If you doubt it just call and talk to them.
7. The success in Spain is due to efforts of the Duke and Richard. To a great degree the same can be said in Panama.
8. With the other business investments and personal wealth, neither of the two gentlemen need support from Petaquilla.
9. Both gentlemen are Caballeros de Guadalupe. If you do not understand how important that is in Spain and Panama, I can't help you.
10. Several other countries are interested in PTQ because of our excellent environmental record and expertise and want to develop their mining opportunities. (Articles in EU papers extol our certification.)
11. FY 2013 P&L's along with MD&A have been filed ontime and will be available on SEDAR at 2:00AM EDT Monday, September 30, 2013. Posters here claim the results will be terrible and the stock will crash and never recover. If you believe that, I hope you mortgaged your humble house and sold short! You will make a killing.
12. There have been meetings and discussions including MICI and ANAM with all those associated with Cobre Panama to work out developments in accordance with signed agreements. Remember the benefit of all local companies comes first by law and signed agreements.
