fact - Janet has a more difficult time dealing with unreal, unmet, or unsaid company expectations set by some on this board.

You yourself, have said that many influential potential investors lurk here and keep up with the posts. I find it ironic, that some of the very ones here who are touting Ms. Point's well deserved promotion are almost daily making posts that could be making her job more difficult.
