You're missing the point, there was NOT a shareholder vote.. It went down EXCATLY as I said.. MRL's 40 million voted and the rest were left in the blind and as I said, counted as 'broker' none vote..

but what seriously makes this BAD, deceptive is, having notified "shareholders" (dopes), to appear on sept 24, to cast your vote?/

you CAN imagine that dopes might have flew to Calif to vote and got screwed!

Rule 1. if it smells like cow poo?? IT IS!!

Broker none votes are as close to naked shares you can get.
