well i guess shareholders have spoken and thinks issuing more shares is whats needed to move the company forward i did not vote yes for any of the proposed items. now conboy needs to step up and tell the shareholders what the plan is going forward but i do agree it is suspicious of conboy to continuously keep everyone in the dark and file things in secrecy :(
