Nobody is going to buy this POS out. There is no "massive" settlement coming. There are people out there who will try to sucker people into buying, it's a shame, I know. DD is about the fundamentals. Look at the fundamentals. Debt, assets, liabilities, etc. If it screams bad ju-ju. It probably is. Use some common sense before you jump in.
