OT & FWIW - I have circumstantial evidence that there appears to be some strong MARYLAND political clout operating in this spate of Homeland Security Department contract awards. I have another stock, not related to Wave, that is getting some weird Homeland Security action that also appears to be emanating from MARYLAND (political?)sources.
