Dr Weby, that gsaadvantage you reference looks pretty important. I looked on google for Blanket Purchase Agreement and found more than I wanted to find about GSA and dealing with them. One thing though was about GSA Schedules which cover a vast array of commerical items that are orderable. Customers order supplies or services using the GSAAdvantage online ordering system. When I entered Embassy Trust Suite I got 4 different contractors that list ETS. My guess is that they are contractors that may be implementing credentialing for ORC. Two in Maryland, one in VA, and one in MA. Who knows?
