Today is a prime example of why you don't announce an RS and then issue a positive release.

Another gross miscalculation by Mr. Rooney. Down 33% today on light volume. Those who bought over the last day or so were expecting this news. The reality of the imminent RS is going to send this pos to a new 52 week low prior to the effective date.

Sometimes the simplest notions of market dynamics escapes management. And shareholders will take the brunt of these unfortunate events.

Makes you realize why Mr. Rooney has not converted his debentures yet.
