Wow! Look at the news! They named Min's drug! dCellVax! How long has it taken to get a trademark on HemaX? So if the timetable is correct we are looking at five months to apply for IND approval and thirty days after that? Six months. BMSN better start working on that trademark....Really, how long has it taken to get HemaX trademark approved...six months?

If BMSN is delaying the announcement of IND approval until the trademark can no longer be disputed then could we already have submitted orphan drug status? Tomorrow is the last day of dispute.

Don't we get 20 million once we get IND approval? Wouldn't it be cool to change CUSPID # coupled with a buy back with the funds start today and announce it on Friday?... (dreaming)
