It states that an appeal notice y Nokia must be filed within 30 days..nothing more,nothing less.That means that Friday the 27th Jan is the last day to file.I'd expect that the Nokia game of delay is over and a real settlement could come at any time.IF...Nokia does file an appeal i'd hope that KOP MGT has learned a lesson that won't ever be repeated and BM gives back his $25k bonus for "extraordinary work"..Remember shareholder value??
