come on really, it can't cost very much to lease a radio station. I am sure whatever reason he had to get rid of it, it wasn't because he couldn't afford it. I mean really how much profit did it generate 250k a quarter I think, the lease was maybe 10k a month. COME ON!! Something bigger and better is coming IMHO!!! ask yourself, why would the owners even lease it out if it was so great????????????? most likely wasn't IMHO
