Being a bible study teacher myself, I know that it is ALWAYS possible for a Christian to act ungodly. I don't know what he is studying, but he could just need growth in that area. Remember Due Dillinger? I threatened to fight him, but that was not a godly way to act. I repented of that and try to control my temper.
There are judgments according to standards and judgments on condeming people.
I can make a judgment according to the Word of God (as you did) that his actions are ungodly there and he needs to repent. What I cannot say (especially since I don't know him) is that he is not a child of God for his actions and/or going to hell for it. God does that judging which is fine with me :o).
But you are correct. A minister of God shouldn't be acting that way. It is a basic way of speech that should be controlled if you are a minister.

What I wish he would stop doing is professing to be a minister of God and continue to act like that. If he is reading this post, I would ask him to learn to speak in a godly manner and refrain from name calling and threats. Rom 15:14 is my power behind that request.
I would also have him look at James 1:26, James 3, and 1 Pet 3:8-11.

Orange,
Thanks for that post. I hope that he reads this and repents of his actions. You inadvertantly helped him in his walk with God if indeed he is a Christian.

What I will say to you is that ministers of God are not the only ones who are called to walk according to the Word of God. All of us as His creation need to do so in order to obtain eternal life (including non ministers).
To get into heaven you MUST be born again (John 3:1-8). If you are not born again, you will not obtain eternal life, but be in everlasting suffering.

May the Word of God reveal Himself unto you.
Repent, for the kingdom of Heaven is at hand!
