It's crazy. My dad's girlfriend just bought a house for $850K and completely gutted the place.
My friend's brother in law bought an apt. overlooking central park for $3 mil and he completely gutted the place.
These homes are run down and still going for over a million! It's out of control.

Let's hope Cetek can make some decent numbers to get us there.
