Check the 2007 to 2008 filings. You will see at that time Pawson was the ONLY person involved with CBYI. You will see the Preferred C shares issued during that time frame. Because he was a one man band at that time he is the only one who could of gotten the Preferred C shares. There was NO company, NO employees, NO ONE except Pawson. He WAS the board at that time and frightening enough he is STILL THE ONLY BOARD MEMBER TODAY!
