Don't companies employ lawyers or have legal teams to check out who or what they are potentially merging with? It would seem before entering into a definitive agreement, Cambertire would have known about all these issues and were satisfied with the answers and arrangements. Correct? I believe the merger is going to happen for that reason and the risk is worth the potential of a large reward.
