Lack of communication and information - that is what is really driving people crazy right now. We have had no Press Releases by LQMT for a long time (SEC filings are not Press Releases)...not even a Blog in over a month.

In the absence of information we all fill the vacuum with wild speculation - it is human nature.

Having said that...I do think the company has been telegraphing their intentions with all the SEC filings lately and this year. One SEC filing leading you down a mental path is one thing...multiple means something is up.

All the preferred stock conversions earlier this year, the recent insider purchases (CFO and Salas...the 25,000 by Hansen is just a drop in the bucket...almost insignificant), the 200 million share request when the company has not yet issued the full 500 million shares management is authorized to issue, now the "Change of Control Agreement". Everything is so tight lipped at LQMT - nothing but silence. They are obviously working on something BIG. The only question is WHEN is the BIG announcement? Any day, any week, any month?

If I were Steipp...I would NOT want to face a room full of angry shareholders at the annual meeting...I would want to make the BIG announcement before then.

Yes...more speculation...but it sure seems to add up to something BIG in the works...the only questions are WHAT is it, WHEN will it be announced, and WHAT does it mean to us shareholders?
