It would be good business to have other options in case the CBYI deal doesn't go thru. There must be something attractive about this deal that keeps cambertire waiting. It's possible Mr McCoy referenced that In his comment that the other reverse merger they were looking in to wasn't like the CBYI deal. (Paraphrasing) all speculation here but possible.
