They do talk about the SEO100 polymers from Soluxra and the r33 values were respectable in the 100-200 pm/V range. This is why I commented earlier that they are indeed a competitor. I am not convinced that they are any further than Lightwave but they have published enough data to get the comparisons started. I am not worried. I still believe Lightwave's chromophores are the best out there. I know much less about the polymers so I will leave that to someone more knowledgable in the are of host polymers.
