Correct and thanks for pointing out, but as some people have pointed out in the past that all the press releases have been released by CBYI only and thus implying that not everything stated in those PRs may have JS's approval in them.

Now for the last few days, http://www.calbayinternational.net/ displaying the contents of cambertire.com certainly gives more confidence to the new share holders as well, that JS is still very much going along with this merger.
