Some posters were posting sp value of $0.33 or $0.25 after going public via SPAC. So, looks like it's going to have a positive effect on the current share holders shares value too.

That's why i am trying to get some more detailed information about this whole SPAC process and where those $0.33 or $0.25 estimates are coming from.
