3X'ers like DUST only guarantee the results for each day. They decay because of the nature of the vehicles to achieve results. Reconciled in a way each day that cause leakage. Now if you are ballsy enough to catch the wave up,, they go exponential when the underlying symbol, GDX in this case goes down and down.....
